| After our Reading Lesson presentations, we had our
"mid-term" to test our own reading comprehension. Using cue cards with Q
& A, we reviewed the previous chapters and looked at today's chapter. After a
short lecture on the key points, we broke into small groups and now looked at all the
activities and lessons we've read about or seen up to this point and discussed whether
comprehension strategies were built into them or whether there were other, more specific
ways to emphasize comprehension. |
