Welcome to the British Columbia C. elegans (BCe) Research Community website. The province of BC ("The Best Place on Earth") has a thriving C. elegans research community consisting of over 10 different research labs focussed on a wide variety of important biological and biomedical research areas. The BCe research labs are concentrated in the Greater Vancouver metropolitan area, at the University of British Columbia (UBC), Simon Fraser University (SFU), and Trinity Western University (TWU). BCe researchers fom a lively and interactive community with regular local VanWoRM presentations and many productive collaborations.
