Thanks for the detailed response.
Most of the problems here have to do with shared calendars. If someone
uses the web client to add an event to a shared calendar, ZCO users
won't see it. And if a ZCO user adds an event, it doesn't show up in
the web client. We've also had issues with calendar events just
disappearing (seemingly at random), but that seems to be regardless of
the client.
Unfortunately, the users most likely to be using shared calendars and
seeing the issues are in the administration. Zimbra gets a bad
reputation on campus when the President or Provost and their team of
assistants don't see it working correctly. We're working on it though.
