We are in the midst of migrating 1000 people from Exchange to Zimbra.  Many of them are continuing to use Outlook.  We have run into several machines on the older connectors that just plain wouldn't install if the machine was spyware-ridden.  Of course, it's good to get those out of the woodwork and cleaned up, but we are having a much better experience with the installation of the newest connector.  Additionally, two major features that were not available before were the local Rules and Alerts and the Out of Office assistant.  These are now available with the new connector, making it a much more complete Outlook client.  Additionally, from the experience I am finding from our migration team, the entire migration experience is just faster from using the new pst import wizard to using the newest connector.  

I'm not sure what calendar issue's you are having, but it doesn't seem like we are having too many here.  Our biggest issue has been getting shares into the Outlook client.  I wish they could accept a share request in Outlook and it would automatically add it.  That just isn't there yet.  But, since we are basically hand-holding every person in this migration it gives our migration team a chance to explain a new process for calendar sharing.  When they are all set up, though, they are typically in good shape.  Of course, we haven't hit our largest/biggest calendar users yet, which would be administration.  We are just about to finish up our School of Business, though, and they seem mostly satisfied.  

I guess the marked improvement is definitely from where we started, with the 5.0.12 connector, then moving to 5.0.13, and then 5.0.16.2.  New features and just some software enhancements seem to have helped.

Would you mind expanding on that note? We are on 5.0.16 but have a whole 
list of problems with ZCO users, especially with the calendar. What 
sort of issues were fixed for you?
