IRREPLACEABLE DOCUMENTS
Irreplaceable documents (as determined by our Admissions office) that are provided to Undergraduate Admissions will be made available for pickup at Student Central (located in MBC 3200 on the Burnaby campus) after evaluation. SFU Admissions will retain irreplaceable documents for three terms following the term to which application is made. After this period, documents will be securely shredded. Contact us to arrange to pick up your documents within the three term timeframe.
If someone other than yourself will be picking up your documents, you must provide them with a letter of authorization for the release of your documents. The authorized person must provide photo identification at the time of pick up.
If you or an authorized representative can not pick up your irreplaceable documents, please contact us to arrange to have your documents returned via courier. SFU is not responsible for your documents once released to the courier.
All other documents become the property of the University and will not be copied or returned.
If you attend SFU, electronic copies of your documents will be kept on file for the duration of your studies.
