Spring 2025 Timeline and Evaluation

An official final transcript, including graduation, must be submitted to Undergraduate Admissions by October 1, via STS.

All courses must be complete prior to this date, such that final grades for all of your courses appear on your Ministry of Education transcript by October 1.

This includes distributed learning courses (online courses).

The Student Transcript Service (STS) form authorizes SFU to access your official transcript from the Ministry of Education. Please complete this form by October 1, 2024.

To complete the form:

• Go to BC Order Transcripts and Certificates
• Select the option to have your transcript sent now
• Give SFU permission to request transcript updates of your official record until December 2024

Challenge exams will appear on your transcript as the course you are challenging, with the grade you receive on the exam.

We require your final challenge grade to be on your official Ministry of Education transcript by the document deadline of October 1, 2024.

If you are unable to fulfill an admission requirement due to extenuating circumstances, please complete the Student Course Exception Form

Students must still present a minimum of 5 approved grade 12 academic courses and meet the university English Language and Quantitative requirements.
