Automated Smart Cleaning system of PV pannels
Summary
Middle east countries are well- known with their dusty weather and windy environment. As the middle east countries are using the photo-voltaic (PV) panels, it must be clean and not dusty to maximize the efficiency of the solar cells. The conventional way to clean solar cells are done manually by hiring people to daily clean the panels which is time consuming and put the life of people in danger sue to falling hazards. Therefore, there is a need for an automatic solar cell system that can detect the dust level and wind speed. Then, based on the measured values, a combined hybrid method is utilized to clean the solar cell till the solar cell efficiency becomes normal. Wet and dry techniques such as misting system, wiper and brush, and mobile cleaning methods are combined to perform the cleaning process
