PARKING TICKETS

Stathmore does it's best to offer lengthy and inexpensive parking solutions for its residents, but occasionally we do have to offer spots to others.

The sooner you pay your ticket, the better:

• Up to 2 weeks:
  The ticket costs 50% of the marked cost.
• 2 weeks to 1 month:
  The ticket costs 100% of the marked cost.
• 1 month to 3 months:
  The ticket costs 150% of the marked cost.
• 3 months or more:
  A reminder is sent out and any additional parking tickets will have the car towed.
