British Columbia has the fastest-growing life sciences sector in Canada. TLO is supporting a wide Life Sciences portfolio including: 1. Dual-Action EP4 Agonist—Bisphosphonate Conjugates (Robert Young); 2. Reagents for Synthesizing Nucleosides (Robert Britton); and 3. Selective glcosidase inhibitors and uses thereof (David Vocadlo).
The TLO's IP portfolio within the Electronics sector embodies pioneering innovation that is shaping the trajectory of future technology. These technologies include: 1. Magnetic Coupling Layers STT-RAM (Erol Girt); 2. Hyperjump - VR Navigation Solution (Bernhard Riecke); and 3. Yagiz Aksoy – AI Intrinsic Image Decomposition via Ordinal Shading (Yagiz Aksoy).
TLO has made cleantech one of its innovation priorities, and is home to world-leading translational researchers Included within the TLO’s cleantech portfolio are: 1. Hydrogen Electrolyzer AEM/PEM membranes (Steven Holdcroft); 2. Hydrogen Embrittlement Resistant Coating technology (Sami Khan); and 3. Honey Bee Varroa Mite Acaricides (Erika Plettner).
TLO is actively fostering innovation within its Medical Devices portfolio, envisioning a transformed approach to patient care and striving for a healthier future. Portfolio includes: 1.
