Many medications require a prescription from your doctor, which you would take to a pharmacy to be filled.  If you are covered through the SFSS or GSS Extended Health and Dental Plan, a portion of the cost may be reimbursed to you by the insurance provider.  If you are covered through another extended health insurance plan, please check with your provider for details of any prescription coverage.

Mild medicines are available over the counter at the pharmacy.
