You will recieve your illustrations in three formats; a JPEG, PNG, and TIFF.

How long will it take for me to get my illustrations?

This will depend on the size of your illustration. Delivery dates are estimated at checkout.

What do I do if I'm not happy with the illustration I recieved?

Ever purchase of an illustration comes with the option of one revision. This means if you are not happy with your illustration you recieve, you can send us an email describing your revision request.
