Used Figma to collaborate in desiging wireframes, prototypes and moodboard website design for OHcha Seltezers, a seltzer company & Shoe Junk, an e-commerce platform which sells shoes.
Website Code & Design for Shoe Junk
Redesiging of an e-commerce business, with complete HTML and css coding. The website was programmed using Visual Studio Code using responsive media queries, classes and grid structure.
Responsive Layouts & Chrome Lighthouse
Implementation of CSS flex-box layout & media queries to be compatible with most screen sizes. The website was made with easily accessible navigation, Porduct page, Checkout page complete forms for checking out items and a page which is about the company. I used google chrome for inspections and test responsiveness along with Lighthouse to test performance, accessibility & best practices.
I learned how maintaining a process is vital to creating websites. Multiple iterations in designing prototypes not only give better results but make coding and implementation much easier. This project was for my Web Design & Development course, and due to enroling late I missed some integral steps of the submission where had to design OHcha and Shoe Junk but finish code for Shoe Junk individually. Thus, having to adopt some design directions from OHcha because of the reduced time frame & a learning phase. Time taken: 1 month 8 days
