As the core of the entire crew I first need to specify the time and responsibilities of the personnel in place, and communicate with the actors in advance script. So I deisgn a call sheet for my crew.
As a pre-shoot condition I need to make a shot list first to facilitate my communication with the photographer.
The most important step is that I need to arrange each person's work to get a better shoot.
Because it was my first time as a director, I led the first day of shooting to familiarize myself with the script and guide the actors in their performances.
For the bad shots I will personally go up to guide and operate.
This is my guidance to the props team to arrange the location of the props and set the light box.
I direct the actors in position.
This is what I saw on the monitor.
I guide the lighting technician layout of the evening light.
This is where I integrated all the footage and edited the movie clips with Pr.
Have fun with video.
