Our case managers are available Monday-Friday, 9am-4:30pm (excluding statutory holidays). Appointments may be held outside of these hours, by request. For after-hours support, please visit our Get Help page for 24/7 services.
Virtual Support

Zoom drop-in session times:
- Mondays and Thursdays: 10:30am-12:30pm
- Tuesdays and Wednesdays: 1:30-3:30pm
Important Notice: The SVSPO will be closed for in-person and virtual support services, including Zoom drop-ins, from December 24, 2024 -January 1, 2025 and will re-open on January 2, 2025. To access urgent support during this period, please visit one of the 24-7 services listed on this webpage.
Please note that clicking Drop In Here during the times listed above will move you to a private waiting room. An SVSPO case manager will invite you to join the private virtual meeting room once it is available.
To disclose information and receive support anonymously, you may choose to have your video off and/or to display a name of your choice during the virtual session.
