    Visualizing the Student's t-Distribution

This applet allows users to drag a slider to change the degrees of freedom (df) of the t-distribution. The illustration shows how increasing the degrees of freedom affects the range of the middle 95% of the distribution, as well as the shape and spread of the distribution curve.

This web calculator allows users to specify the desired degrees of freedom and critical value. The calculator returns the corresponding cumulative probability. The webpage also provides some instructions for frequently-asked questions and sample problems.
