CALL TSO(command);

Details

The TSO and SYSTEM CALL routines are identical, with one exception: under an operating environment other than OS/390, the TSO CALL routine has no effect, whereas the SYSTEM CALL routine is always processed. See CALL SYSTEM for more information.
