encoding_method
specifies one of the following encoding methods for double-byte character sets:

FACOM
Specifies the Fujitsu encoding method (JEF code).

HITAC
Specifies the Hitachi encoding method (KEIS code).

IBM
Specifies the IBM encoding method.
