Sets the outline color used to draw the earmarks

Syntax

CALL SEND (form-id, '_setEarmarkOutlineColor', color-name);

color-name
C specifies the name of the color used to draw the outline of the earmarks. Earmarks are used to navigate between pages of the data form.
