Assigns color and optionally the display attribute of header lines when displaying an OUTPUT catalog entry

color
C specifies or returns a color

attr C specifies or returns a display attribute:

'NONE'

'REVERSE'

'UNDERLINE'

'REVERSE UNDERLINE'

In this example, the header text color is blue.
