Professor Andy Hira wins best paper from the Pacific Northwest Political Science Association

The Department of Political Science congratulates Professor Andy Hira who recently won best paper from the Pacific Northwest Political Science Association at their November conference. Professor Hira's paper, originally written in 2018, is entitled, "How to Improve Mining Community Benefits Agreements".
