Abstract Submission

Please consider submitting an abstract on your research for a contributed 10-minute talk or poster. Graduate and undergraduate students are especially encouraged to submit an abstract. We will select abstracts for talks based primarily on a first-come first-served basis so be sure to submit your abstract early. All abstracts not accepted for talks will be accepted as poster presentations. The deadline for abstract submission is June 28, 2013 or until all of the talk and poster slots are filled.

Abstracts should be submitted electronically by following the link below. Be aware that contributed abstracts are limited to 8000 characters, including title, authors, affiliations, title notes, and footnotes. You will receive a confirmation email within a week of submission. If you would like to submit a figure with your abstract, please email the figure to wipc2013@sfu.ca

Talk Info: 10-minute talk with 2 minute question period. Bring your talk on a USB drive or CD to be preloaded onto presentation computer.

Poster Info: Maximum Size is 46 inches x 46 inches. Thumb tacks will be provided.
