An agile approach

The Partnerships Hub adopts an agile approach to developing its supports. We take a test, get feedback and iterate approach driven by stakeholder feedback. By being agile, we can build services in a flexible, responsive way to deliver the most benefit to the SFU community.

The Hub is also not taking over relationships managed by you or overriding existing departmental processes. We build on those foundations to help people connect to the right expertise, resource or process to help you enhance your partnership.

The supports provided by the Hub will evolve based on feedback from the SFU community. We encourage faculty and staff to share their thoughts on what would be most beneficial to their partnership work. We look forward to co-creating the Hub with you.
