Contributed student presentations and associated networking events will allow all participants to engage with the speakers, student presenters and attendees and discuss future collaboration opportunities. Prizes for the top student presentation(s) will be awarded following the end of all of the oral presentations.

Students presenters will compete for prizes made available through the support of our sponsors. 

These prizes will be announced at the latest by 5:30 pm following the networking opportunities. 

Contributed student presentations and judging will take place in the afternoon.

Contributed student presentations will be given as poster presentations.

Presentation times for student presenters will be assigned during registration, which opens at 8:00 am on May 1, 2025. 

Be sure to attend your assigned poster presentation time to be included in the judging of the student presentations. 

Student presentations may be judged by session chairs, invited speakers, attending faculty members, and/or guests from the community.
