Premier Announces Major Funding Boost and Inaugural Dean Appointment
British Columbia Premier David Eby made a landmark announcement at the SFU Surrey campus on July 9, paving the way for the future of the SFU School of Medicine. The premier unveiled $33.7M in capital funding for the School's interim campus in Surrey's city centre, $27M in operational funding as well as the appointment of Dr. David J.
