The Office of the Provost and the Vice President Academic collects personal information under the authority of the University Act [R.S.B.C. 1996, c.468, s. 27(4)(a)] and the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act [R.S.B.C, 1996, c. 165, s. 26(c)].
