Bojan Mohar Named 2022 Canadian Mathematical Society Fellow
Congratulations to Bojan Mohar on being named a 2022 Fellow of the Canadian Mathematical Society. The Fellowship is awarded to CMS members with exceptional performances in research, teaching, and service.
As a renowned graph theorist and former Tier I Canada Research Chair, Bojan has contributed groundbreaking and innovative scholarship to discrete mathematics. He has received several awards for his research including the 2010 Euler Medal and the 2018 John L. Synge Award.
"His commitment to advancing Canadian mathematics is exemplary, and for ‘putting Canada on the map’ through his successful record of training and scientific organization," writes nominator Nilima Nigam. "He is a truly influential leader in graph theory, and a most deserving CMS Fellow."
