UNDERGRADUATE COURSES FOR SPECIAL AUDIT

Want to learn something new or see if university is for you? At SFU, you’re welcome to audit undergraduate courses on a non-credit, Special Audit basis with permission from the instructor. You’ll get the benefits of engaging lectures, discussions and debates at half the cost and without the pressure of assignment deadlines or exams.

You cannot get degree credit by enrolling in a Special Audit course, and instructors will not grade your assignments, but you’re free to participate in class discussion. Special Audit opportunities are available at all three SFU campuses (Burnaby, Vancouver and Surrey), providing there is space in the course and you obtain the instructor's approval.

How do you take a Special Audit course? Download the application form and follow the steps outlined.
