Abstract

The aging of the workforce in many industrialized economies, the rise in educational levels in emerging markets, and the relaxation in immigration and emigration barriers to the movement of people across international boundaries have contributed, in part at least, to the global war for talent. This presentation identifies and discusses the implications the looming war for talent has for research on culture and international management.
