6) Stan can live anywhere in the green areas.  Those are the areas
                that match the criteria. The  water and harbours have been
                coloured blue and the military lands have been coloured grey
                so that we can easily see where he  can and connot live.
                The red dot on the left represents Sea World and the one on
                the right represents the building where Stan will work.
 

                The next image is where we decided where Stan wanted to live
                He was able to find a house there that he liked.  I digitized and
                rasterized the spot since Stan was not quite done with me.  He
                also wanted me to find the least cost path for him to travel to
                work and the least cost path to Sea World.
