INTRODUCTION

Stan da Man is a sales executive for a large company in
Vancouver B.C.  He has just been promoted to Sales Manager
for the West Coast and has to transfer to the regional Head
            Quarters in San Diego, California.

Stan knows nothing about the area except where the location
of the company is.He knows that I have some experience in GIS
and spatial analysis and has come to me to help him decide where
he wants to live.  Stan's company has given him a small dataset
to look at, to help him make his decision.

Stan is not particularly picky about where he lives, but he does
have a few ideas and would like to see what general areas he
should call a Real estate agent about and see what is available.

The following are Bob's criteria :

1)Stan does not want to live in the city itself but rather in the
suburbs where it  is quieter and there is less traffic.

2)Stan would like to live close to one of the lakes in the San Diego
                area, within 15km or so.

3)Stan does not mind being a fair way from work, within 20 km.

4)Stan cannot live on a US Navy reserve or Military land of any
                sort.

5)But Stan would also like to be as close as possible to
Sea World and find the  least cost route he could take to get there.

6)Stan would also like to get the least cost route from his new
            home to work.
