MFA Spring Show 2019: seams

This exhibition presents the work of first-year MFA students in the School for the Contemporary Arts: Caitlin Almond, Hannah Campbell, Xinyue Liu (刘新悦), Ghinwa Yassine, and Joey Zaurrini. seams also features the work of Krystle Coughlin, a graduating MFA candidate at Simon Fraser University's School for the Contemporary Arts.
Weaving together performative and visual arts, seams presents interdisciplinary projects that simultaneously unravel and interlace the practices of installation, painting, photography, sound and video.
This exhibition at the Audain Gallery is part of a larger festival featuring performances and enactments presented in various other venues at SFU Woodward's. More information on the festival can be found here.
The exhibition of a graduating project represents the culmination of a candidate's studies, and is presented in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree of Master of Fine Arts.
