Sujith Xavier LLB., LLM. Ph.D., is Associate Dean, Research and Graduate Studies, and Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Windsor. Their research focuses on Third World Approaches to International Law (TWAIL), transitional justice, and Canadian public law and racialization.
