SFU Black Caucus Co-Founder June Francis Named to VanMag's 2023 Power 50

Dr. June Francis, Director of SFU's Institute for Black and African Diaspora Research and Engagement and a pioneering member of SFU Black Caucus has once again been celebrated as one of Vancouver’s most influential individuals in VanMag’s 2023 Power 50 List.

A professor of marketing at SFU’s Beedie School of Business and an advocate for justice and anti-racism in B.C., she continues to support and empower the local Black community through her strategic involvement in the Hogan Alley’s Society and as a recently appointed Chair of B.C.’s new Anti-Racism Data Committee.
