We are looking forward to meeting you all in just a short while. Here is some local information that may make your arrival easier:

Here is a map of the campus, which shows the dorms, the Highland Pub, where registration will be held on Thursday night, the meeting rooms, and the Diamond Club where the banquet will be held on Monday night.

Aquí está un mapa del campus, que muestra la ubicación de los dormitorios, el Pub Highland, donde la inscripción se llevará a cabo el jueves por la noche, las salas de reuniones, y el Diamond Club, donde será el banquete celebrado en la noche del lunes.

Registration:

Registration will be held from 7 to 10 PM on Thursday 11 August at the opening reception at the Highland Pub. (#3 on the map)

Registration will also be held on Friday 12 August, beginning at 8AM in the corridor outside the meeting rooms. (# 5 and 6 on map)

Inscripciones:

Las inscripciones estarán abiertas de 7 a 10 PM el jueves 11 durante el convivio de apertura en la Highland Pub. (#3 en el mapa).

Las inscripciones continuaran el viernes 12 de agosto, a partir de las 8 AM en el pasillo afuera de las salas de presentaciones (#5 y 6 en el mapa.

PLEASE NOTE: All of the field trips on Tuesday the 16th of August (the day after the meeting) are now FULL. Sorry for the disappointment! If you are still interested in going on one of the field trips, last minute spaces may become available. Check the announcement board at the registration desk for information or ask Samantha Franks.

NOTA: Todos los viajes de campo para el martes 16 de agosto (el día después de la reunión) están LLENOS. Perdón por la desilusión.
