As before, the actual lab is in R. Just download the relevant files and put them into your folder. Remember to
send yourself your answers by mail, and then send them to Lindsay.
Files you'll need:
1. The R script (part 3)
2. A newick version of the tree (you should have this already)
3. Some body-masses of lemurs.
4. a zipped file of maps of the ranges of Madagascar lemurs. You will have to double-click this after you have downloaded it
to unzip it. All these files have to be in the same folder, but you will only load one of them (the .shp file) yourself into R.
