Directory of Montreal-Based Resources

This Montreal-based directory includes resources for adults with experiences of homelessness and specifically identifies those resources developed for older adults with experiences of homelessness.

The goal for putting together this resource directory is to facilitate access to information on programs and services by hosting the information in one place and, for some, through a snapshot of a QR code.

Through thoughtful feedback and ongoing reflections, the resource directory will be regularly updated to reflect the changes in available resources.
