Fees:
User fees are based on familiarity with the SEM and X-ray analyser. Basic fees are $33/hour for the SEM without operator. Operator fees are $40-60 per hour depending upon operator availability. Generally new users can be trained in the rudimentary aspects of sample changing, image optimization and capture in three hours. Training for the quantitative x-ray analyser software takes considerably longer.
