How do I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, it is on its way right away! Unfortunately, changes to orders are not possible after they’ve been placed. How can I pay for my online order? What payments do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard and PayPal are all amazing payment methods you can use for your online Noted order. At this time, we can’t process Visa Debit as a method of payment online or over the phone.

Can I customize my orders?

We appreciate our customers and their requests. In the past, we have received a lot of requests about customizing notebooks. We have taken this into our consideration and we are currently working on implementing the system for you all to make custom orders.

How is sales tax calculated?

We charge sales and use tax according to Federal, Provincial and Local government guidelines, based on the shipping address you provide when you place an online order.

Do you have an gift wrapping option available?

As we were starting out, currently we dont have a gift wrapping option available. However, we are looking into it and in the coming few months we should have the option available.
