Neil,
I can tell you one thing that would make a tremendous difference. Get a human
being assigned to answer the main toll-free Zimbra sales line. Over the course of
3 weeks and 6-8 phone calls none were ever answered by a human being.
It was also disturbing that no one on the VMWare side of the house had much of
a clue about putting me in touch with the Zimbra sales team.
