Nuclear Magnetic Resonance of the Apolipoproteins |
|
The main interest of the Biological NMR Group at SFU is the study of human serum apolipoprotein structure. We have developed an NMR methodology which has made it possible to determine the 3-dimensional structures of apolipoproteins in model lipid complexes. The first complete structure of an intact human serum apolipoprotein in a lipid-mimetic solution, derived from NMR restraints, is shown at left. |
