Teacher Sue Dyer and Prof. Susan O'Neill created an educators guide explaining the ‘how to’ of the New West pilot projects and included resources provided by Prof. Susan O'Neill's MODAL Research Group.

The successful pilot projects were presented to other teachers at the Bowen Island Home Learners Program (late 2013), Place des Arts teachers meeting, Coquitlam (late 2013), and the Surrey Teacher's Association 2014 Convention/Professional Development.

In addition, the creation of the Labour Curriculum Working Group provides periodic interaction and sharing ideas with the BCTF (Teachers Federation) and Labour Heritage Centre about integrating labour curriculum in schools.
