Cancellations and Refunds
Full refunds will be granted to cancellations received by April 10. After that date, full refunds will be granted, but less a Canadian $15.00 processing fee. No refund will be given to no-shows. Substitutions are permitted. Refunds will be mailed after the conference.
Confirmation of your registration
Once the completed registration is received by the Women's Studies department, an email will be sent to acknowledge confirmation of your registration.
Receipts
If you pay online by email transaction, please print out your receipt as this will be considered your original copy. If you pay by cheque, you will be given your receipt at the conference check-in desk.
Participant List
In order for conference participants to stay in touch with each other after the conference, we plan to compile a Participant List that includes name, mailing and email addresses of conference participants. We respect your privacy. This list will be available only to conference participants. We do not share or make available our application, registration or mailing lists to other organizations without your permission. Please specify on the Registration Page if you are willing to have your name and contact information on the conference Participant List.
