We have negotiated special rates for conference delegates at the Days Inn Vancouver Downtown Hotel, and at the YWCA Vancouver Hotel Residence. Both are within easy walking distance of both conference venues.

Delegates are responsible for booking their own accommodation directly with the Days Inn or YWCA. To secure accommodation, either phone, fax or email the hotel or YWCA.

Single (1 single bed) with:

• hall bath, no TV - $54
• semi-private bath*, TV $63

Double (1 double bed) with:

• semi-private bath*, TV - $70
• private bath, TV - $76

Double/Double (2 double beds) with:

• private bath, TV (1-2 persons) - $77
• plus $5 for each additional adult

Triple (1 double & 2 single beds) with:

Quint (5 single beds) with:

* The semiprivate bathed room has a shower and toilet area attached to the room but shared between 2 rooms. When in use, there is an electronic locking system that ensures the area is completely private and cannot be entered from the other room.

Please note that for shared accommodations, conference attendees are responsible for arranging their own groupings.
