Revolutionary reSearcher
SFU Library developed an award-winning open-source software suite, reSearcher, which allows faculty and students to search simultaneously a variety of online resources, display the results, pull up online articles which reSearcher retrieves behind the scenes, and submit requests for paper copies. reSearcher identifies who holds the paper copy and dispatches the request, ensuring speedy turnaround time. Universities across Canada, India, the Netherlands, Denmark, the U.S., New Zealand and Hong Kong have eagerly adopted reSearcher.
