ÄKTA Go protein purification system
The ÄKTA Go protein purification system is managed by the MBB Manager, Laboratory Operations. If there are any concerns, please contact the Manager (details below).
The AKTA Go chromatography system is a compact FPLC system with flow rates up to 25 ml / min and pressures up to 5 MPa, allowing for affinity, size exclusion, and ion exchange chromatography. Designed for routine protein purification.
Booking is required. Users must provide their own columns an dconsumables (pipettors, tips, tubes and reagents).
