Facilities
Microscopy
The Microscopy Suite is equipped with extensive imaging resources including laser scanning and spinning disc confocal microscopes, an epifluorescence/DIC microscope, and image analysis software.
FACS
MBB is also home to a BD FACS-Aria Fluorescence Activated Cell Sorter Facility.
Tissue Culture Facility
The MBB Tissue Culture facility allows labs to culture mammalian & insect cells of class II and below.
Protein Expression, Purification and Crystallization (PEPC)
The PEPC facility allows users to express, purify and crystallize proteins from bacterial, mammalian or insect cells.
