Cross Pacific Workshops
The IRMACS Centre, CARMA (University of Newcastle), and the OCANA Group (UBC-Okanagan) are embarking on establishing a regular cross pacific workshop. The first workshop will be held on Monday, Feb 14th at 3:00 (Tuesday Feb 15th at 10:00 AM in Newcastle). This workshop will be an opportunity to learn about the three centres and to experience the issues in collaborating for research and teaching across the Pacific.

- Introduction to OCANA - Heinz Bauschke - 20 min
- This will be followed by discussion and illustrations of collaboration, technology, teaching and funding.
