Wind Velocities

     Wind is also an important factor in deciding appropriate locations for agribusiness.  Aeolian processes are an important consideration because of its erosive effects on soil and its power to damage plant roots.

Methodology

• After I reprojected "wind" to a more suitable projection ("wind2") I used the DISTANCE module to give me a result called "wind2dist".
• I used the FUZZY module (J-shape monotonically decreasing) to get "wind2fuzz" to see what Id get.  It at least scales it on a curve.
