Student registrants must send the corresponding proof of enrolment (student identification or letter from supervisor) to the workshop registration contact along with their registration.
Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings provided at least one author is registered for the conference before the early registration date.
Social dinner: Simon Fraser University's The Highland Pub (cost $25 per person). Payments can be made at registration time or throughout the day up until the time of the dinner.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made by writing to the workshop registration contact (Suzana Dragicevic). In the case that registration is cancelled before July 15, 2011 an administrative fee of $CAN 50.00 will be deducted and the remainder of the registration fee refunded. Cancellations received after July 15, 2011 cannot be refunded. All refunds will be processed after the workshop.
If for any reason beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of registration processing expenses already incurred.
