Tiers
There are four tiers of registration for ISFD-13.

| Regular |
We are happy to bring a comprehensive conference package for participants. The Regular tier includes: Welcome Reception (M), Buffet Lunch (M-W), Conference Dinner (T), Coffee/Snack breaks (M-W), Technical Sessions and Conference Materials. |
| Student/Retiree |
We warmly welcome students and retirees to participate in ISFD-13 at a discounted tier. This tier includes everything offered in the Regular tier. |
| One-Day |
This tier is for guests who wish to participate for only one day at ISFD-13. In addition to Technical Sessions and Conference Materials, One-Day guests enjoy all of the services provided on the day they have chosen. For Monday, this includes the Welcome Reception, Coffee/Snack breaks and Buffet Lunch. For Tuesday, this includes Coffee/Snack breaks, Buffet Lunch and Conference Dinner. For Wednesday, this include Coffee Breaks and Buffet Lunch. |
| Guest |
Guests of conference participants are welcome to join us for the Welcome Reception (M), Buffet Lunch (M-W) and Conference Dinner (T). |
Costs
Below is the registration costs for ISFD-13. Please note that the costs are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). At the time of writing, the current exchange rates are 1.00 CAD = 0.75 USD and 1.00 CAD = 0.68 EURO.

How to Register
Complete the ON-LINE Form. Payment for registration fees will be accepted by credit card on-line via a secure server. All credit card transactions will be processed in Canadian dollars and are subject to current exchange rates and exchange fees from your credit card company. Please ensure all details are correct and accurate before submitting the registration.
Cancellation Policy
Before August 15, 2016, full refunds, less a $50 CAD administration fee will be granted.
Between August 16 & September 5, 2016, a 50% refund of the registration fees will be granted.
After September 5, 2016, no refunds will be granted but substitute delegates are permitted.
Refunds will be processed after the conference. Substitute delegates are welcome. Please notify isfd-13@sfu.ca
Confirmation of your Registration
When you complete the ON-LINE Form and pay by credit card, you will receive an immediate confirmation by e-mail via our server to the e-mail address provided during registration. Included with the confirmation of registration e-mail, is a pdf copy of your receipt.
Receipts
Included with the Confirmation of Registration email, is a pdf copy of your receipt. Additionally, you will also receive a credit card receipt from Moneris verifying your payment. Please print out copies of both as these will be your official receipt and confirmation of registration
